Spotlight Poetry Night at Richey Suncoast Theatre
November 7 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Once a month, Richey Suncoast Theatre dims the lights, puts a mic on the historic stage, and hands it to the county’s own writers, singers and storytellers.
Doors open at 6:30 with music already playing; performers start at 7. Any kind of artist is welcome — spoken word, acoustic guitar, singing — and a microphone is provided for both. Sign-ups to perform run through an online form on the theatre’s site, first come, first served.
Good to know: Richey Suncoast Theatre, 6237 Grand Blvd, New Port Richey, FL 34652. Saturday, Nov. 7, 7pm (doors 6:30). Free. (727) 842-6777.
