Downtown New Port Richey has three free parking options within walking distance of most participating restaurants: the New Port Richey Parking Structure at 6218 US-19 (open 24 hours, EV charging, its own downtown trolley), the Thomas Meighan lot on Nebraska Ave, and the Gloria Swanson lot on Bank St. Weekend evenings during Dine Out week draw a bigger dinner crowd than usual downtown — the structure is the safer bet over street parking if you’re going Friday or Saturday night.
