The Hub at Lexington Opens in Wesley Chapel, Anchored by a Self-Pour Taproom

Wesley Chapel has a new dining and drinks destination taking shape. The Hub at Lexington, a mixed-use development at the corner of Wesley Chapel Boulevard and Lexington Oaks Boulevard, is opening its first businesses in phases, with more restaurants set to debut over the coming weeks.

Leading the way is Brew Bar Self Pour, a self-serve tap room concept where guests pour their own beer and wine by the ounce from wall-mounted taps, tracked by card, plus frozen drinks like daiquiris made the same self-serve way. It’s a sister location to the original Brew Bar at The KRATE at The Grove in Wesley Chapel, from the same family behind Urban Crunch at the Hub at Bexley.

That family connection continues at the Hub at Lexington: Urban Crunch Creamery Café is expected to open in the same development, rounding out the ice cream, coffee, and açai bowl side of the menu alongside Brew Bar’s drinks.

As more tenants open across the property, the Hub at Lexington looks like it’s shaping up to be Wesley Chapel’s next go-to spot for a low-key night out — pour your own drink, grab dessert next door, done.
