First Baptist Church of New Port Richey fills its parking lot with show cars for a one-day cruise-in on Halloween, with dash plaques going to the first 100 cars that show up and trophies decided by a vote that includes both spectators and the entrants themselves.
There is a vendor market set up alongside the cars, plus coffee and donuts for sale if you are coming straight from a Saturday morning errand run. Walking through to look at the cars costs nothing.
