The first-ever Scarecrow Run sends runners and walkers through Withlacoochee River Park on Halloween morning, with a costume contest built into the race — cross the finish line in character and you get a custom finisher medal for it.
Gates open at 7am with the race starting at 8am, giving people time to park, pick up bibs, and get costumes sorted before the start. Early-bird pricing has already closed, so registration now runs $40.
