Woodstock 69 Tribute (Evening)
The evening performance of the Woodstock 69 tribute — the second of two shows the same day, working through the 1969 festival’s set list: The Who, Santana, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin. Saturday night is the slot that tends to sell first, so book earlier rather than later if 8 p.m. is the time that actually works for your evening.
When: Saturday, August 15, 2026, 8 p.m. Doors 45 minutes before.
Where: Richey Suncoast Theatre, 6237 Grand Blvd, New Port Richey, FL 34652
Cost: $31–$42 general admission, VIP box (4 seats) $177, plus tax and fees
The VIP box seats four for $177 total — about $44 a seat — and is worth it specifically for the front-of-room, self-contained setup, not as a discount over general admission.
Parking
The theatre has no dedicated lot of its own, but downtown New Port Richey has three free ones within walking distance: the New Port Richey Parking Structure at 6218 US-19 (24 hours, EV charging, free trolley to downtown), the Thomas Meighan lot on Nebraska Ave, and the Gloria Swanson lot on Bank St. An 8 p.m. Saturday show means downtown restaurants and bars are also at their busiest — give yourself extra time before doors rather than counting on street parking right at the theatre.
One thing to know before you go
It’s a small, nonprofit house, not an arena — genuinely not a bad seat in the room, which matters for a tribute act built around a festival lineup that most people only know from stadium footage. Box office hours are Wednesday through Saturday, noon to 5 p.m., plus 45 minutes before curtain; call (727) 842-6777 outside those hours.
There’s also a 5 p.m. matinee performance of the same show earlier in the day, if evening doesn’t work — and the rest of Richey Suncoast’s August lineup is here.
