Civil War Reenactment at Pioneer Florida Museum
A working blacksmith’s forge and a line of Civil War infantry share the same acre of Dade City this weekend. Pioneer Florida Museum & Village opens its annual Civil War Reenactment to the public, with reenactors in camp and a living-history demonstration running alongside the museum’s regular working exhibits.
A school-focused Civil War History Field Trip Day runs the day before, Friday Nov. 13, 9am-1pm.
Price: Regular museum admission applies — $12 adults, $10 seniors, $6 students, free under 5, free active-duty military and immediate family with ID.
One thing to know before you go: the museum didn’t post a separate reenactment ticket price, so regular admission covers it — and the museum asks visitors to arrive by 3:30pm.
