Zephyrhills’ Veterans Day Parade Marches Past Its Own Military History Museum This Saturday

Zephyrhills Museum of Military History

Zephyrhills built an entire museum around its military history, and once a year the town marches past it. The Zephyrhills Veterans Day Parade steps off at 10am on 5th Avenue, starting at 16th Street, and heads down through the Main Street corridor — free, open to everyone, no registration needed to watch.

Once the parade wraps, the Zephyrhills Museum of Military History hosts a “Battle for Veterans” event, giving the morning a second act if you want to make a longer visit of it. The museum itself is worth the stop on any weekend — it’s a small-town institution that takes its name seriously.

This is a separate event from New Port Richey’s own Veterans Day Parade on Nov. 11 — Pasco County runs two, on two different dates, in two different downtowns, so check which one fits your schedule.

Good to know: Starts at 5th Ave and 16th St, Downtown Zephyrhills. Saturday, Nov. 7, 2026, 10am. Free.
